Executive coaching programmes are created and contracted for in partnership with a commissioning organisation and client.  Future Perfect will then coach a client (or clients) on a one-to-one basis within the commissioning client’s organisation.  Clients may be from any sector, discipline, geography or function.  A programme typically comprises 6 sessions of up to 90 minutes per session, usually over a 4 to 6 month period and conducted either face to face or via video call.

Team coaching assignments can be one-off events or programme based, dependent on need.  All events are bespoke in nature, designed around the topics outlined above, either around a single theme, or a blend of two or more topics.
